2. Bookings and Appointments

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or email.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS, where applicable.

3. Cancellations and Late Arrivals

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate following appointments. You will still be charged for the full session.

4. Client Health and Safety

  • Clients must complete a consultation form before receiving treatment and must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.

  • You are responsible for updating Beachside Therapy on any changes to your health prior to future sessions.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after your session.

Beachside Therapy maintains a professional and respectful environment. Abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and the session will be terminated immediately with no refund provided.
